A Polygon Designed Joe Cell

[All torsion devices will eventually be compared to the Joe Cell as the first successful base line platform. Each new design teaches us more about the vibrational properties of the Joe Cell.]

This Cell is exceptionally beautiful to experience. A sense of perfection and order fills its field area that leaves the sensitive person in a state of awe.
We have moved down to a 1/4" higher vibration.

Each tube is radiant to its own unique [very near 1/4"] gap size segment length, and powered by its own internal mass vibration.
The cell has 5 main active water gap spaces [odd count], also setting up cancellation of the waters mass resonance outwards from center and adding a 3D cancellation of vibrational fields.

Cell Design

Design was straight forwards from the polygon formula for each tube, then actual lengths were chosen on odd segment stacks to achieve cancellation in the vertical direction also.
It was decided that to fit inside the outer can, to use a staggered increase in tube lengths, and this resulted in a voltage problem where the tubes reduced size moving outwards.

Gaps 3 and 4 moving outwards have very small voltages, and yet the last gap has a very large voltage. This is now recognized probably as a mistake in JC design and all tubes should probably have kept increasing in size ever so slightly as the natural progression indicates for self resonant tubes.

Tubes 1,2 and 3 increase in length slightly to match each tubes resonant mean diameter, shooting for a 1/4" segment vibration. Tube 4 dropped to jump to a higher fractal count and this dropped its size to fit the outer can which had a limited length from the start, we had to fit all tubes into. Then tube 5 increased once again. This was a valuable lesson in cell design!

The following chart was created and data filled for a polygon, based on actual tube mean diameters.

Note it was later discovered that these tube length surround the Hondas' piston stroke length of 3.582" possibly why effects on that car were so good.

Energy Tapping Stem

A stainless steel welding rod 316L was used to fabricate a new type of center stem. A "W" pattern is bent in the end of the rod such that it slides into the center tube and springs tightly at three points.
This allows one to couple the vibration from the dead center of the cell where all vibrations of the system intersect. The most dense location of the Tempic field on a Joe Cell.
The rod is then cut on a vibration node and insulation removed back well over one node for a full range of coupling points with an alligator clip for Shandy mode tunning in a vehicle.

Charged water was added, the initial cell voltage implanted using the pulsing circuits, and then the next day it was off to the car for testing and tweaking.



Testing this one was a lot of fun! I rode in the passenger seat and tweaked, while Bernie gave feedback on car performance. The cell produced large intense fields during all accelerations, that put me into ecstatic states! With eyes closed or opened I was completely absorbed in the manipulations.

Using all our present information and techniques available, we routed the cell first in series with a Lamp Dimmer and onto the Oil dip stick being used for Oil Cell application.
Bernie noted an increase with the new Joe Cell over just the oil cell, and also that all the torsion devices seemed to add to one another in a meaningful way.
We now had between 3 to 4 different methods in use at different times.

We found at one point the car idling through town at about 35 Mph where before it was only about 25 Mph with foot off the gas pedal using only the oil cell approach.
To accomplish this feat a tunning was required to couple the vibration into the system.

Several methods were tried and all seemed to have effects. One can tap a single tube in the cell, then out through the dimmer switch and to the oil  dip stick. This allowed a 12 volt charge to stay across the cell and continue to generate small bubbles, while still producing the vibration to the engine via the oil. We discovered the dimmer will still function without voltage on it from the battery, only torsion from the cells tubes, or the smaller voltage they are holding.

At one point we switched the dimmer to the off position to discover the switch rotation now worked backwards, but the vibration still passed right on through the switch just fine at slightly lower levels, and could still be peaked using the knob.

Routing Wires:

We ran new wires from the battery into the car drivers compartment and then out to the dipstick, and noted very little difference with the "all under the hood" approach. The rubber grommet was about 1 1/4" wide and we hit the center of it.

Running the wires once parallel and very near the HV spark plug wires we quickly discovered this turns the system to Chaos, and produced undesirable effects lowering our control, and causing nasty vibrations on the cell, and on the oil dipstick. Functionality was also reduced as HV spark must have the wrong phase for what we are trying to achieve, best guess. It seems to break up the smooth flow of energy from Dimmer to oil dip stick.

The lamp dimmer circuit appears to be a "phasing component" with the vibrational field and it allows moving the "sweet spot" in engine RPM to be shifted for any one tube being directly tapped.
Thus adjusting the Lamp Dimmer is an ongoing process as Vehicle velocity is altered. Adjusting for 50 or for 55 mph is peaking a different position on the dimmer dial.
