From the time this project was
started, to now some 3 years later, came new inexpensive digital test
equipment, giving us new abilities of accuracy.

Experiment with the new Scalar Coils and very accurate digital Function Generators, have produce new data that should be shared with respect to the cone systems.

Vibration resonance for the cones, based on "A" field volume, has produced a self sustaining vibration field.

The concept of vibrating up a volume is also a new one based on the Atomic Weight fractals research.

The test equipment being used can be seen here near the bottom of this page => Platform_1a F gen - Koolertron 15 mhz

Scalar Aluminum Bismuth coil - => Scalar Coil Construction

My final sets of cones stand at 66.6 cm in height, are very accurately angled at 33 degrees, with a base of 39.456 cm, and are 19.728 cm at the center point of crossing of the two cones.

These are the center of the copper in the wires dimensions.

The "A" field in electrical formula is the field inside of a loop of wire. It has ability to produce a magnetic field if iron is placed anywhere inside it.

One only need play with a solenoid core to prove, that outside the coils loops, there is no interaction, but a little inside and the force pulls it inwards.

The "A" field has a precise boundary matching the volume inside the coil.

In the cones this field becomes a volume. Now we calculated the volume of these in the first Addendum => Walter Russell Cones Addendum

Volume of cone = 27,143.695 cm ^3

Volume of upper half of cone = 3,392.962

Volume of lower half of cone = 23,750.733

Difference lower - upper = 20,357.771

Ratio of cones volume / upper half volume = 8

Ratio of lower half / upper half = 7

Lower half - upper half = 6

The volume of the small end of the cone is 1/8 of the total volume of the cone creating a ratio of 1 to 7.

By setting an upper end inside a lower end, we get a space between them that is 6 / 8 of the cones volume.

Then we get an overlap inside the small end of 2 / 8 compressed into the space of 1 / 8.

The volume inside the cones represents a magnetic field.

The field density of this is 2 times more dense inside the smaller cone tip then in the area around it.

I connected the scalar bismuth coils vibration output to the cones wire and injected these frequencies one at a time into the cones to observe the results.

This one self sustained after the connection was removed.

Difference lower - upper = 20,357.77 Hz

My dual cones "A" field has become self resonant!

I used a magnet along the sides to take this field down.

I consider this to be a major break through in comprehension of how these cones likely work.

Interesting to note, in modern electronics, the volume inside a coil is never spoken of.

The nature of the cones wired together on the ends, is a series resonant circuit with very steep and sharp cutoff frequencies.

The cones become a very low resistance at resonance, and a very high resistance off resonance.

Thus a series connection is suggested for tests of any powering capabilities.

The cone is wired in series with a 100 watt light bulb, a 60 vdc power supply, and a spark gap in attempt to determine it's natural frequency qualities.

The DC power lights the bulb very dimly when the spark gap is closed.

We now adjust the gap distance for maximum light brightness, and notice the arc frequency is very stable and fixed, and the bulb becomes very bright.

Electrical energy moving into a load through the cones, receives a very constant vibration frequency and we have an expected AC voltage much higher then the power supply.

There must be a load on the cones for the vibration to manifest. The power of this is more then expected by feel felt assessment.

It is not a self sustaining system unless we can tap into the background field and eliminate the power supply.

Unfortunately I never scoped the output to check the frequency, as the amount of power was stunning.
