[Modes of Operation]

Getting these cones into a Self Sustaining Mode of operation is all about correct frequency mixing.
Electromagnetic Alternating Frequency may run at 1/2 of the Cones Vibration Frequency, the actual frequency has yet to be determined at this time.
In AC varactor work the vibration frequency was measured at 1/3 x of the EM powering wave frequency. 20 cm for 60 Hz power. This is believed to be because of the rotation of the Quadrature EM field.
In any case more experiment must be done to determine the correct natural EM wave form, the vibration field will sustain.

Cones SSF [Self Sustaining Field] is achieved through a fracturing method, which will produce an infinite vibration frequency component in one direction, coupled to a finite frequency component in the other direction.
Only vibration has ability to self power, and this is what must support the EM field for a self sustaining energy system to function.

Vibration resonance for the cones, based on "A" field volume, has produced a self sustaining vibration field.

From the time this project was started, to now some 3 years later, came new inexpensive digital test equipment, giving us new abilities of accuracy.
Experiment with the new Scalar Coils and very accurate digital Function Generators, have produce new data that should be shared with respect to the cone systems operation modes.

The concept of vibrating up a volume is also a new one based on the Atomic Weight Fractals research, which proved to be an accurate method of vibration energy coupling.

My final sets of cones stand at 66.6 cm in height, are very accurately angled at 33 degrees, with a base of  39.456 cm, and are 19.728 cm at the center point of crossing of the two cones.
These are calculated for volume, to the center of the copper in the wires dimensions.

The "A" field in electrical formula is the field inside of a loop of wire. It has ability to produce a magnetic field if iron is placed anywhere inside it.
One only need play with a solenoid core to prove, that outside the coils loops, there is no interaction, but a little inside and the force pulls it inwards.
The "A" field has a precise boundary matching the volume inside the coil.

In the cones this field becomes a volume, and we calculated the volume of these in the first Addendum => Walter Russell Cones Addendum

Volume of cone = 27,143.695 cm ^3  
Volume of upper half of cone = 1/8 x = 3,392.962
Volume of lower half of cone = 7/8 x = 23,750.733  
Difference, lower - upper volume = 7 - 1 = 6/8 x = 20,357.771

Ratio of  cones whole volume / upper half volume = 8 / 1 = 8
Ratio of lower half / upper half  = 7 / 1 = 7
Lower half - upper half = 7 - 1 = 6

Relationships of 6,7,8 are noted.

The volume of the small end of the cone is 1/8 of the total volume of the cone creating a ratio of 1 to 7.  [This is our infinite irrational fracturing number ratio = 1 / 7 = ‭0.142857 142857 142857 142857 142857 14‬..].

By setting an upper end inside a lower end, we get a space between them that is  6 / 8 of the cones volume. 6 / 8 =  0.75  [This is our whole number extraction fracturing output.]
There is an overlap inside the small end of 2 / 8 compressed into the space of 1 / 8. This creates a scalar canceling volume from the EM field polarity.

The volume inside the cones represents a 3 D vibration field, thus it should add energy to all three vectors of the field inside that space which come into synchronization with it.
The field density of this is 2 times more dense inside the smaller cone tip then in the area around it, due to the concentric overlap of the two volumes.

I connected the scalar bismuth coils vibration output to the cones wire and injected these frequencies one at a time into the cones using the Function Generator to observe the results.
The following vibration frequency self sustained after the connection was removed!

Difference [lower volume - upper volume] =  6/8 x = 20,357.77 Hz

My dual cones "A" field vibration has become self resonant, and self powering!
I can feel this with palming and sensing ability.

I used a magnet along the sides to take this field down, for a fast disconnect, rather then the traditional 1/9 x frequency from the scalar coil.
I consider this to be a major break through in comprehension of how these cones likely work.
Interesting to note, in modern electronics, the volume inside a coil is never spoken of.

Vibration resonance frequency =  20,357.771 Hz
AC Electric Field Frequency 1  = 10,178.885 Hz   1/2 x  [An AC wave goes into high pressure 2 times per AC cycle, once positive and once negative.]
AC Electric Field Frequency 2  = 61,073.31 Hz      3 x    [Based on the 60 Hz observation of a 20 cm vibration wave.]

Scalar coil set up frequency       = 20,357.77 Hz             [Use of an external scalar coil to start up the vibration SSF]
Scalar coil take down frequency =  2,261.97 Hz    1/9 x  [This frequency should shut down the Self Sustaining Field.]

Once the EM circuit is resonant at the target frequency, EM is started into oscillation with a tap of DC voltage to align all the copper isotopes, establishing a coherent electromagnetic field.
Now the A field pressure running at 2 x, or 1/3 x, should reinforce the power of this field.

After the cones are up, we can explore methods to extract higher energy levels from the 333000 field, using a 1/9 termination field circuit and mediator frequencies to pull more power through the system.
We can also then explore tapping into the 144000 C velocity wave as well.
These would be applied just outside in the air using a scalar coil or caliper injection to couple the cones vibration field into the background fields.

Geometric Frequencies Of Coupling

1x = 20357.77 hz

Energy should thus couple with the cones on any 8x harmonic going smaller or larger.
For that matter if a coil is made with an inner volume of a geometric fractal, it may also well power up when it couples with the cones.

Spark Gap Testing

The nature of the cones wired together on the ends, is an electrical series resonant circuit with very steep and sharp cutoff frequencies.
Electrically the cones become a very low resistance at resonance, and a very high resistance off resonance.
Thus a series connection is suggested for tests of any powering capabilities.
EM resonance can be adjusted using a variable capacitor across the two conductor circuits as they cross at the center of the cones.
Adding capacitance here will lower the EM resonant frequency.

Diagram Arc Test

The cone is wired in series with a 100 watt light bulb, a 60 vdc power supply, and a spark gap in attempt to determine it's natural frequency qualities.
The DC power lights the bulb very dimly when the spark gap is closed.
We now adjust the gap distance for maximum light brightness, and notice the arc frequency is very stable and fixed, and the bulb becomes very bright.
Electrical energy moving into a load through the cones, receives a very constant vibration frequency and we have an expected AC voltage much higher then the power supply.

There must be a load on the cones for the vibration to manifest. The power of this is more then expected by feel felt assessment.
It is not a self sustaining system unless we can tap into the background field and eliminate the power supply.
Unfortunately I never scoped the output to check the frequency, as the amount of power was stunning.

Background field can be tapped into at any Harmonic of 333000

4x = 1,332,000 hz

1,332,000 / 20,357.77 =  65.43 hz

Another option to check out would be the difference

333,000 - 20,357.77 =  312,642.23 hz

Lastly, the cones EM resonance can be altered, dropped in frequency, with the introduction of small iron wire lengths inserted inside the field area.
This concept was thought of if the upper and lower cone sections do not match perfectly in volume resonance frequency.
