[The Wheel on the Car - how does it really move?]

In Relativity there are always two positions of reference. In Wilbert Smiths world I believe there were always three or more.
Lets consider the relationship between only two at this time, with respect to the wheel on a car.

1 - The wheel has motion relative to the driver of the car.

2 - The wheel has motion relative to the road.

What is the difference?

If we paint a dot on the wheel and analyze its motion from both perceptions we can discover the functional difference,
and if we realize that all matter is spherical, with spin in circles we see this application as much deeper then only a car.

From the side of the road we watch the wheel pass by with the dot and chart it's movement.

The dot hits the ground and seems to stop moving forwards for an instant, the "still point." Next it seems to rise shooting up fast,
and then it seems to be moving forwards at two times the velocity of the car.
A car moving along at 60 mph, the dot reaches a velocity of 120 mph on the top of its travel, and 0 mph at the bottom of it's travel.

The nature of the motion is one of pulsing forwards, and oscillating up and down.
The actual length of the path is an approximate ellipse, or 1/2 its circumference.

Diameter of wheel  =  1
Revolutions = 1
Forwards motion distance, distance the dot moves to driver, also distance road moves to driver  = 3.1416
Distance the dot moves to ground observer = 4.136537
Ratio of difference = 1.3167

Important to notice, the ground observer sees a greater distance covered then the driver sees, plus they see a pulsed energy rather then a smooth one.
This reflects also how much energy seems to be present in all the atoms of the car and driver.
 The ground observer sees more energy present, then the driver sees, but the ratio is not what we might expect.

the circumference of the earth
at the equator is 24,902 mi

This is the distance it spins in 24 hours.

Earth is like a wheel that slides while it rolls along.
~3339.67 km/h is the change of velocity everyone experiences in 12 hours, between noon and midnight.
Our velocity around the sun is changing by about 927.6851 m / sec/ 12 hours
acceleration  is approximately ~.012 m/sec^2

Noon - Earth Spin is opposing Orbital motion by 1669.83 km/s velocity is at its lowest point.
6 PM - Both forces are at 90 degrees to one another, you have started into acceleration.
12 midnight - maximum velocity reached sum of both velocities peaking.
6 AM - both at 90 degrees, slowing down moving into opposition.

So where is the rolling surface for the celestial cog wheel? 
At a radius of  about 64.2580 times earths radius, the outer energy envelope is rolling like a cog in a wheel against the suns energy envelope???
One needs to solve simultaneous equations for an exact fractal ratio.
Can you maybe guess why we desire to know this fractal ratio for the earth?
Deriving a fractal of a smaller workable size, would allow tapping a very powerful force.
We need the size of the ellipse, and compare to the ratio of the circle.
We must locate the still point to still point distance, even though it is out in empty space and only a field force.
It will reveal the vibrational frequency ratio, for tapping it's power.
The cogwheel is nodal positions.

Locating the Still Point of the energy bubble for Earth mass turning against Sun Mass.
We must adjust the two field bubbles so they always add to the correct number for distance from sun to earth.
We must locate the Earth field bubble radius that provides a rolling surface[circumference per 1 day] with velocity equal to distance covered around the sun [1 day].
From this stationary nodal distance, we can derive a couple new fractals.
Note there will be vibrations experienced strongly at the Tropic of Cancer and Tropic of Capricorn during peak summer and winter months on these nodal point alignments.
Remember T field density is linear although gravity is squared.
Simultaneous pulse, is linear.
We can then derive 1/12x sub multiples to get one into our work space and see if this vibration has any real power behind it.
Note this stationary or still point is moving and is always located on a line between the center of gravity of the two bodies where maximum vibrational coupling vector is located.
This will give the harmonious vibration frequency holding the earth in orbit, from it's still point.

Radiant pulsing from the sun, likely sets the bubble size, and the bubble size likely sets the earth spin rate from its still point distance.
All Torque is likely calculated from the still point and the diameter.
Where the 0 point is moving around the sun at the same velocity the Earth spin field is moving against it, there will be a net 0 torsion force, or standing wave.

13.2589 mm is the vibration pulse of the earth rolling around the sun.
If you thought it was a smooth process dial up that one and feel the pulse pattern.
Focus in until you feel the teeth of the cogs pulsing past.

17.458 mm as felt from the Sun which sees an elliptic motion of a nodal point on the earths field, simultaneously.
Both feel active.

You may be thinking, wow Dave is really off track on this one.
Earth rolling along an invisible wheel of the suns invisible wheel, very Newtonian thinking.
Like some device Galelao would have carved out in his lab having a crank.

Lets now go back to the car, with a Joe Cell inside it, and consider what others have reported.
"The tires seem to be a little above the ground, floating in the air, yet the car still follows the road."
This seems to be exactly what I modeled above.
The tires, may in fact have a stronger bubble around them then the rest of the car due to the pulsing nature of relativity from the wheels to road.
As the larger coherent field densities, the tires may well stop touching the ground, and only the field nodes that are now far more dense do the torquing, grip the road, and rotate the tires.
The still points extending now outwards from the tire slightly.
Because the field is extending out of the tires, as a new coherent field, it becomes the new boundary, and is as real as any other boundary or surface.
The car rises up onto solid torsion fields.
It may be to ones advantage, to tune a vibrational device into the wheels and tires of the vehicle and couple these in right off.
With the tires of the car we get a visibility not available on the engine, which is sealed to view.

Here is my current thinking on the Car.

Pulsing - enlarges the mass fields size.
Synchronization - causes the motion to believe it is at rest.

In the two, may be the answer to OU energy.

An important observation in relativity and vibration devices in a car

What is important to realize in this document with respect to vibration devices in vehicles of motion, is that a vibration device increases the velocity of the mass in all matter attached.
This mostly has strong effect where the velocity of a mass is changing, or during an acceleration, reducing the drag of the acceleration.

Relative to the car and driver, the wheels run at one velocity, smoothly and do not change velocity or accelerate.
Relative to the road, the wheels are in a never ending cycle of accelerating over the top and coming to a standstill on the bottom, with constant accelerations present.
The Joe Cell in the car more effects the interaction with the road then with the driver, as it emulates more the motion of a piston to each of it's atoms, rather then a wheel.

If you also now extrapolate inwards to the motion of the nucleus of every atom in the car under the influence of the mass vibration of the Joe Cell, you now begin to understand,
why the observer on the road begins to see things that can be considered magical, while the driver is not aware of anything but a major decrease in miles per gallon of fuel burned,
and a reduced resistance to acceleration and to changing direction.
