The Authors Story

It was many years ago I was involved with a group that wanted to understand Gravity, Inertia, and psi phenomena. We realized there is no way to separate UFO phenomena with psychic phenomena. Both seem to come in one package, and both were not acceptable subjects in science back then. These could only be presented as “Mystery” in sensational productions, but never to be presented as a science which it actually is.

Most all in this early group have now passed on. Three of us however had some success with this, and later I was able to offer some of this to younger people, many of which adapted to it very fast. One man can change very quickly but the conscious cloud of mankind moves very slowly.

We did finally design a device that can teach a person directly from experience, to assist this personal opening. The science was started by a Canadian Engineer named Wilbert Smith, and he left us only one document that totally altered my reality. “The New Science.”

This science opened with the assertion that Awareness had to be present at the very start of the entire creation of the structure of our 3rd density reality, and the amazing thing is that we can slide back there, and start to remember it ourself as he takes us through the levels. This defined the hierarchy of the entire creation, and with this mental model one can know what dimensional level can be used for what function, and not get distracted with paths that go nowhere real.

You can imagine how in the 50's and 60’s this was not a welcomed mental model, as it totally invalidates the theories of a big bang, and can be morphed into a religion, however Wilbert did not go the path of a religion at all. Back then was the new threat of nukes, and the saucers were all over our skies, even over the White house.

Both Science and Religion did not want to be demoted into "one truth."

Wilbert was on a pure path of seeking only the truth, and apparently the “Boys Topside” in those craft recognized this and established contact with him through some practicing psychics of that time. They wanted to hand him a device to allow mankind to wake up to one more level of reality we were not openly aware of, and they knew they could not impose a teaching on us, but we had to cipher it for ourselves. They stated:

“We cannot teach you, we can only assist your learning.”

They handed Wilbert a new device technology, in the form of the coil that appears to do nothing in our technology as it cancels two EM fields pushing against one another. They told us to play with this “in that spirit of play” and discover what it does.

Wilbert’s legacy outlived him and I had contact with one of the people of that time period, who passed on a lot of this to me in our little closed group. He did not want to be recognized or associated with this project publicly at that time. I lost contact with him now some years ago and do not know if he is still alive. Out of sight of the public for the most part we started doing experiments with this coil that “should do nothing.”

Coil Winding

This coil is Aluminum tube with Bismuth core, and it pits two fields against one another and it generates a compression field on the very fabric of space. As we pulse this coil with a frequency generator these waves travel faster then light, can create structures with fixed geometric boundaries, and the field reach is much greater then EM fields are. Many spiritual people will recognize this as “Vibration”, martial artists as "Chi or Ki."

The outer magnetic ferrite ring turns a magnetic field with one pole inwards and one pole outwards, forming a platonic form reaction in the Bismuth that responds with diamagnetic repulsion to push back outwards. We then modulate this coil to create structures with form on the Crystal ball setting right above it. A hand on this ball can also be used for sliding our awareness into other bands of perception frequency as we tune the F Gen.

What we found is that this is what makes and powers the nuclear mass of the atom at the level of the Proton. This was another part of our science that was considered taboo. Fineman went out of his way to state we do not know what happens down inside the atom at this level! The fact is that in the 50’s they did know as one of the results was NMR physics, the study of the gyrations of the nuclear mass of the atoms. It took me by surprise that he would say that in a speech.

What we found, this is also the level of dimension of matter where our own awareness in the human body has enough force to do manipulations on that field. Today it is masked underneath our emotional frequencies. Thus when we encounter these advanced beings, we feel strong emotions, rather then what they are feeling, which is a technical manipulation for them. A mass vibration technology which they have full awareness of, and we have a separation from due to our own emotional programming . [ The Veil ].

I am only touching the surface of this here, but I have put up a site to attempt to pass this knowledge on, just as Smith wrote a paper that for a time was in print and is now found on line “The New Science”. URL at the bottom.

I have shown this to a great many men of science who do not get past the first few paragraphs, where Awareness being the starting point is rejected totally. The belief is that Awareness is created by our brain and only exists in humans!

The "boys top side" indicated to Wilbert Smith "Wherever we have been in this universe Awareness is there."

Our current science is “cold and hard”, void of love and compassion, because we do not merge with it consciously. That is what they wanted us to discover from their technology! A technology that can reach right through our body, and pass through anything, then measure a frequency of each organ in our body. It only requires the mental interface that is a geometric field we hold on our physical head, to open communication with our 4th density awareness that has full access to the Quantum Field level which powers everything found in our universe. This was a belief that Max Planck indicated in his work, that was dropped even though his calculations based on this, worked, and he got a Nobel prize for what they could do with that data.

Planck stated the Quantum Field Fabric has tremendous energy in it, and it powers the atoms and thus everything else. He calculated the numerical value of this energy form. He also indicated that [ distance = frequency ] when we tap into this level. Meaning more volume of space is more energy is a higher frequency, on that other side of the strong force boundary layer around the nuclear mass.

The "strong force" is that powerful barrier that lies between our entropic universe side and what sensitives call the “other side,” the organizing and self powering side that never runs down. One result of this is devices that can self power from the Quantum field level, and that is a major problem for our current system of the economy. I will not play this down, it will make a total restructuring of the world of mankind to open to this knowledge and begin to apply it.

I have personally witnessed several of these devices working, and developed one that can pass for inertial reduction, and go unnoticed because we still power it using gasoline, but we can take it further, as we once did. I know it works, and to cipher how it works we had to quantify this new energy form of Wilbert Smith and his boys topside. We did that. We did this in the public sector.

Quantification of the Tempic Field

When I share the Quantum formula mm = kHz it is truly ignored, and simple experiments are never even started to prove how it works. This is how we tap into the Quantum Field Fabric, but what comes up is “vibration energy.” It then engages our awareness as well, and we begin to feel and experience the experiments first hand. We have to interact with it to bring it up. But the scalar coils can be used to bring it up for us, and teach how this works technically.

The data for some of these awareness quantifying experiments has been placed on a site I have maintained into 2024. There are no adds or financial connections to any of this information. It must not be controlled by money but work outside of that level of awareness. That any one person can own the physics of this universe is immoral and incorrect, for a species to develop a self sustaining presence in the 3rd density. It must be shared freely with anyone asking.

The Rain Maker -1 unit is found in the magnetism section, which is the very basic model of awareness and can cause two people setting inside the coherent mass vibration field bubble to read one another’s thoughts. The size of the field bubble can be calculated as well and set up using a frequency generator on the internal coil system down inside it at the bottom, the winding described by Wilbert Smith.

Wilbert Smith stated it would take him 10 years to master this, and he never did, but he had others present who did. It hands us all the stuff of Gravity and Inertial manipulations as well as our own consciousness field. Something that was termed the “Halo” in past times when a person would master this same thing using spiritual means. This is 4th density science of the Quantum Field Fabric that Max Planck described and quantified for us already. It works.

One may engage both their “spiritual awareness” and their “logical science,” until these merge into the “one truth” that is. This is the integration of our mind in the physical 3rd density that is now held separated in opposite hemispheres.

In my time period, both Religion and Science have fought with one another to take power, but both totally refused to join with the other to discover "the one truth that is." Thus mankind could never be united as one.

Science forces agreement, the spiritual energy still hands us joy.

Center of mass of the human brain and ethics

Building a platform for selective experiments in the Tempic field, with Quantum Field access of power as a side effect.

It may be hard for current science to accept that our awareness enters the human body through vibration links which attach to the center of mass of our physical head, where there are a couple of organs, pineal and thalamus, to make this useful for control of the body and for perception experience to move back into the 4^th density where we actually are perceiving it.

If we hit a computer very hard it will either survive without missing a beat, or it will be damaged for good and stop working.

A wrap to the back of the head works differently.
Everything goes black as we loose sync with our physical brain.
If our body survives this, then as we regain sync we wake up again. In this sense our body is a bit different then a computer.

We have an awareness that is not so locked into the machine.

This is probably the part of this science most resisted by both Spiritual and Science oriented people. In the first case it removes the mystery for the spiritual practitioner, in the second it shows we are not merely physical beings having a "computer" for a brain.

It is however only when we practice directing our awareness in various ways that we discover we can astral travel with full memory back into the physical mind by maintaining the thin thread of memory back to it. This is the state of Za Zen practiced by the early martial arts of Japan.

It turns out, in direct experiments we can indeed become aware of larger fields and everything inside them by expanding the field envelope on the physical head. 1/2 inside our body and 1/2 out with a split awareness operating simultaneously.

The Japanese would practice this art. We discover that if we set up a line through the center of mass of our head, extending it outwards to the sides both directions, we will hit specific distances where the universe hands us back a full sphere.
By tunning into the distance outwards in all directions we see and feel everything inside that field bubble.

This is not magic or mystical, it is revealed in the vibration work we can indeed quantify.

At this point we can also send this sphere outwards to remote locations and it will send information back to the physical head.

The part that scares a new person to this, is the total loss of secrecy, and with it intimacy. An advanced being can read you instantly and not only know your intentions but what you are thinking before you say it.

On Earth we value intimacy. The sharing of our deepest secrets we consider very personal. With this technology as people wake up they get it all instantly, and there is no way to hide anything.

When we work with these fields there is protocol to maintain peace in our world through good ethics.

1 - Do not share any information of others "emotional process" without their permission.

2- You may share freely any information of a "technical nature" to benefit mankind anywhere you happen to live.

We hide technical secrets to profit off them, we share others emotional traumas and dramas on our news channels. "And How did that make you feel?"

That exposes where our current society places it's main value, playing with the emotions, and ignoring the science.

It is what it is.

Organizational Unity of the Advanced Races

Center of mass -The Rainmaker 1, a conscious device.

"Wow this thing is vibrating, and it's not plugged in!"

The world is powered on vibration and we all have full access to this from the "center of mass of our head."

Center of mass is the one point we have to locate to set up any vibration field on an object having mass. All platonic form vibration will have the same distance outwards from this point , and it will link to every atom inside the object even if it has other shapes then a sphere.

Mass becomes one field in an object, what we call a coherent field, and the universe then operates on the entire field as one thing or a Quantum effect, from it's center of mass point.

Everything will spin around this one point that is it's center of mass.

One of the results of using the vibration technology is to begin to feel this point in any object. We can then begin to use this in "distance tunning." This is where we move one object while feeling what happens in the distance between the two objects center of mass points in space. When this distance hits a Source field frequency using mm = kHz, a vibration field will come up between these two objects, and as a secondary effect vibrates up a field around both objects as well, based on the "distance fractal" we are tuning into.

This is the basis of mass vibration technology, in that specific distances vibrate up at specific frequencies per the Planck mental model. Distant is frequency, mm = kHz.

A very simple experiment is used to prove this relationship is real.
We set up a scalar canceling bismuth core coil, dial in a frequency then we use a Stainless Steel caliper distance set to resonate with this frequency and slide back and forth over it and notice where it peaks.

The space inside the caliper gap vibrates up and this runs through the entire stainless steel mass of the caliper and is felt at the center of mass of our brain. We become aware of vibration and that it is real!

We go on to change the caliper and the frequency generator to verify as we raise this frequency on the coil the distance of it's resonance increases.

Note, many Electronics trained people will argue with this formula as it does not conform to EM radio antenna work, where the Antenna is a load on the Equipment rather then the source of the power as with the Quantum Field Fabric. I compare it to water height in a dam creating more pressure rather then less.

I have worked with a great many experimenters seeking Gravity or self powering devices.
They all start out the same, it's pump lots of energy into this thing until it starts to send more out then we are sending in.

It is very hard for them to reverse their thinking on this, as they first have to prove that is not going to work except with an occasional tweak, and it can never be duplicated by others.
They have no way to quantify what they are doing to even relate it to the EM fields mathematically or geometrically. This is a mass vibration system following a different set of protocols then EM follows.

This is an energy form that can create and maintain geometric structured fields!

While everyone agrees there is a force that holds us to this world or pulls us down, there has been no agreement at all about what it is and how it is powered.

Religion preaches God knows, so worship him and do not have concerns.
Scientists cannot cipher this at all to date. The working mechanism cannot be measured using EM tools, and that is basically the only technology they have to offer.

If we instead believe Max Planck, it becomes quite obvious how to trace this force back to it's source, and the path it takes.
Quantum Field powers the Proton, Proton powers the strong force and the Gravity field, as it is the basic source of mass in our universe.

Inertia works because of this connection of the mass directly to the Quantum Field Fabric, and Gravity operates between masses and is a different force having magnitudes of frequency difference.

Inertia works everywhere we have mass, but Gravity drops off as a distance squared function. The clump of Protons and Neutrons, called the isotope, now holds the electron shells in their orbitals and forms, and at this level we are now on the outside and the EM technology that is entropic is the only part we profess to know or have access to use.

As Wilbert would state nothing is hidden, it is in plain sight if we ask the correct questions.

And now the most important question to be asked, how can we tap into the power of this strong force without destruction of the atom?
Our understanding of this force was applied to a weapon and got the attention of the Saucer beings.

Experiments with Gravity and Inertia in a car were successful using this F gen coil system, and making coupling routs on a running engine.
This involved the use of geometry, and frequency calculations based on the above technique, installing mass vibration fields on the engine.

Gravity

Three forms of Energy to power a universe, each works with a basic geometry that is different. This energy powers atoms as well as our own CU consciousness field. [ Our Higher Self or Spirit. ]

Quadrature Model of the Field Forces

[Sometimes called the T field because of Tesla discovering it.]

This manifests as a linear force that pushes straight through the Quantum Field Fabric and vibrates forwards and back of it's travel having no transverse wave attached to it at 90 degrees.
It was clocked by Tesla through the core of the Earth at pi/2 * C. As EM has a transverse wave it must travel side side and it moves forwards slowing it down to C velocity. If we remove the transverse path, and take the path of the diameter of the spin of the EM wave, it also hands us the pi/2 ratio between the velocity of each type of wave. It is faster then light even through the matter of the Earths core.

This is the basic root function of the Quantum Field that fills all space with a matrix that is rectilinear.

We expose this force from inertia of a spinning gyro. When we hit a critical point of mass velocity we have a constant acceleration of the mass, and the axis of this gyro can be pointed at a star and it will lock into that direction as the Earths gravity field changes direction under it. These are used in advanced telescopes. They sink down into the Inertial field of the Quantum Field Fabric.

This is the proof that Gravity does not bend the root Fabric of Space. The Source of Gravity is at the Protons level of dimension which is a lower frequency. Gravity can bend light, but inertia operates underneath it.

This has been used and known in our physics for a very long time and was used in gyro compasses that are not effected by stray magnetic fields. Axle is pointed at the North Star.

Wilbert states this field drops off as a function of the linear distance when we change it.

Tesla encountered this field when they put a large generator on line at Niagara Falls Power Station very fast, causing a shock wave in space that knocked a man backwards and killed him. He discovered it will pass right through a heavy glass shield that is an insulator.

Today this force is only described in Electronics as a dielectric, which is not it's only function for sure.

Mainstream physics at the Quantum level reduces it to a "stationary vector" they may term inertial momentum. Dropping the power of inertia from the entire system really as if it were a side effect rather then the very source that powers it all.

This sidestepping of the "inertial field level" of the structure of creation then traps us in the EM levels that do not exist smaller then Protons and Electrons that we can ever measure. All of our test equipment needs Electrons to work.

To fully grasp the power of the universe we must begin to embrace that it is all powered by vibration frequencies, and these "frequencies of power" are very much fixed, precise, and very special to the different levels of "function." They do not move an EM meter in their raw form. If they did this universe would be a real mess of EM energy our body could not exist inside of.

This background vibration energy does not damage the human body but powers every atom inside it.

And now the most important question to be asked, how can we tap into the power of this strong force without destruction of the atom?
