Deuterium receives a near Phi
ratio push off (333 / 4) of Hydrogens vibration resonance, the
background field. It becomes heavy.
Deuterium now stabilizes against (333 / 10) with a near pi/2 ratio.
Is this the formula to create mass?
(333 / 4 ) / 1.6285848429 = 51.118
That Phi formula crosses the pi/2 harmony formula
(333 / 10) * 1.53507507507 = 51.118
Both formulas come out to the same frequency 51.118 from two directions

I now believe by correcting the dimensions of the dual cone experiment,
we may be able to achieve the correct background field resonance.
The "Bashar channeled dimensions" appear to be ever so slightly different for a Deuterium vibration resonance.

Mass Coupling
NMR resonance couples from the center of mass of an object as a coherent field that is balanced to each side.
The dual cones provide a path between the compressed center of
gravity position and the expanded electromagnetic fields we
experience from the outside of atoms.
The mass field centers as a coherent quantum field, and is the coupling
point for gravity. Gravity is a collective field, that always works
from one center location, the mean shortest distance from all mass
present.
Larger devices can be designed to harness similar geometry, at larger
fractal dimension, as a single atom, and if the theory is correct, they
should then exhibit the same self sustaining fields that an atom does.

While
modifying the spreadsheet for the "dual cones turns" to reflect
corrected EM resonance values, from the third builds measurements, a
pattern emerged.
If a 33 degree dual cone is built to a height of 66.6 cm.
A wire length of 666 feet wrapped down it, should make it electrically resonant at 197 kHz
The VOP will become 0.528 as the two cones are merged together.
y = 19.727818 = 1/2 the diameter
Vibration on end of cone should resonate at harmonics of 19.7 or 197
kHz, so we have an EM wire length matching a
supportive vibration resonance.
Cone Dimensions:
Drawing 1/10 scale
Height 66.6 cm
Diameter at base 39.455636868 cm
Side Length 69.460 cm
Wire length 666 feet [202.9968 meters ~ 203 meters]
[ 2mm diameter wire with insulation 666 feet long, spreads to 2.155 mm when wrapped and epoxied ]
Vibration Resonance 66.6 kHz
EM Resonance 197 kHz
A full Walter Russell system would have a length of 2x = 66.6 x 2 = 133.2 cm [QEG frequency] = 1.332 meters
The lengths all vibrate up on the caliper at mm distances or 1/10 or 1/X0 of actual.
66.6 mm
39.46 mm
69.46 mm
20.30 mm
133.20 mm
If the wire is located accurately, the wire will be hit from all directions with a set of crossing vibrations.
Every dimension is likely critical to a success. Best Guess.
